Then,he tried to hire more teacher , on of them was have brilliant method to teach the student. New creativity is built by the teacher. He taught for the base study, start in the elementary school then to high school. Because he know that there was an error in their teaching learning that becomes bad habit. The discipline study was conducted by them. He was infatuate with his assistance grew the motivation of their student to become higher that before. They tried to set up the student dream that have been break. He done learning strategy that out of the rule or something content-porer but maybe many people things that is weird , such as make a game in many subject like, mathematic ,chemical and etc. In this way that stuff worked successful.

In this period, it is very difficult to teach a student something about moral. They have good intelligence but less character. The teacher does not only talk, but they have to do as what they say. The teacher had stand in the middle side when faced up the problems. The teacher was not through the student problem but he just became wise to advise their student. He tried to find the student interest without insulting them. Made a variation and good relation was good way to involve the student in the learning process. With hard work the student passed the school with great score, then continue their study in favorite campus.

The method of micro teaching

The core of this experience is
• The presentation of two 15 minute micro lessons by each participant. When one participant presents the lesson as the instructor, the other participants become the students for that lesson.
• A timer is used to keep to the STRICTLY ENFORCED 15 minute time limit. Please don’t be offended if you are cut off; it will be necessary to keep to the time limit so that everyone might participate fully. Because this time limit is strictly enforced, it might be very helpful for you actually to practice and time yourself before you arrive.
• Please DO NOT try and cram an entire body of knowledge into 15 minutes; this is designed to provide a quick snapshot into your teaching methodology. The goal is to provide a sample of a teaching method or style in order to get a fresh perspective on it from your learners.
• Your 15 minute lesson can cover from the beginning, middle or end of one course lesson.
You have several decisions to make concerning the preparation of your micro lessons:
1) Your topic: Choose a teaching topic that you are comfortable with in order to focus on a particular teaching method or element.
2) Your lesson objectives: Think about and be able to articulate what you want your students to learn from your lesson (e.g., facts, concepts, skills, and/or values) and how your teaching methodology might work to fulfill your objectives (see Developing Performance Objectives for Microteaching handout).
3) What you want feedback on. You can specify to the group what you would like them to focus on. For example, you may wish to have overall, general feedback or perhaps you might wish for the group to simply attend to a specific issue, such as how you use questions or reinforcement with students.

• When you are in the role of students, you should combine the role of student and observer, striving to create as natural a classroom setting as possible.
• Do not feel like you must role play specific student behaviors, but do feel free to ask questions and comment as a learner in the classroom environment.
• Try to focus on what is happening during the micro lesson.

Ground Rules
1. Respect confidentiality concerning what we learn about each other.
2. Respect agreed-upon time limits. This may be hard, but please understand that it is necessary.
3. Maintain collegiality.

How Singdarin was formed?

Like its Singlish equivalent, Singdarin evolved because many Singaporean-Chinese families have a mixed language environment. For instance, one parent might speak English while the other speaks Chinese, leading to their children combining and mixing the two languages together in a process known as creolization.

Singdarin has also evolved largely due to Singapore being a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-lingual society. One of the most important policies of the Singapore government is to ensure social and multi-ethnic harmony. Therefore, instead of letting certain racial/ethnic group to live in an isolated community like they did in the past, the Singapore government encourages the majority of Singaporeans to live in HDB flats that have now become a melting pot of Chinese, Malays, Indians and other different ethnicities who speak different languages. This is believed to reduce differences between the diverse linguistic and ethnic groups in Singapore.

As the majority of Singaporeans live in HDB flats, which have families coming from various linguistic, racial and ethnic background, there is a tendency for different languages to be mixed in order to facilitate more effective communication between the different races. In short, it leads to the creation of a hybrid culture (known colloquially as a "rojak" culture).

This and the tendency for the Singaporean Chinese people to use the mixed language that they use at home in daily colloqual conversation has since influenced the Mandarin spoken in schools, resulting in "Singdarin" being formed. It was in this environment that Singdarin was formed.

The Meaning of Family Values

Definition of Family: A family is a primary social group, a small community, in any society, typically consisting of a man and a woman, or any two individuals who wish to share their lives together in a long-term committed relationship with one another, raising offspring and usually resides in the same dwelling.
Family is the main building block of a community; family structure and upbringing determines the social character and personality of any given society. - Family is where we all learn: love, caring, compassion, ethics, honesty, fairness, common sense, reason, peaceful conflict resolution and respect for ourselves and others, which are the vital fundamental skills, and family values, necessary to live an honorable and prospers life in harmony, in the world community.
Definition of Value: A value is a principle, standard, or quality considered worthwhile or desirable for maintaining a set of customary standards, as I mentioned at the above.
Definition of Family Values: To have a sense of Family Values is to have good thoughts, good intentions and good deeds, to love and to care for those whom we are close to and are part of our primary social group, our community, such as children, parents, other family members and friends. And to treat others with the same set of values, the same way we wish to be treated.
Those who have been lucky to possess the sense of Family Values would be considerate and careful with their conduct making sure not to leave behind a poisoned and polluted world for one’s family and loved ones. - Next time you see the angelic smile of sweet little angels, our children, running around, stop and think for just 1 minute, think about what kind of a polluted Home, Planet Earth we are leaving behind for them.

Those who possess a sense of Family Values would not allow the nation-less corporate warmongers to pillage other people’s lives, family, property, rights and dignity, and would not allow their representatives meddling in the economic and political affairs of other nations for blood money, profit. And they would not stand for dominating other nation’s lives for worse in order to obtain cheap fuel for their home, factory and automobile and continue ruining the environment, for all of us, the humanity.
The simple fact is that we all are, and have always been punished by the plundering unending greed and un-neighborly foreign policy concocted by the European Union of Nation-Less Corporations and United States of Nation-Less Corporations. The obvious lack of Family Values exhibited by the European and American policy makers is the driving force for providing support and aide given to the corrupt criminal businessmen and politicians to promote their barbaric colonialism, which began over one hundred years ago. It accelerated after the WWII by colonialist criminals beginning with the Roosevelt, Truman and Eisenhower administrations, the CIA and British Prime Minster Churchill, in order to steal oil and protect the criminal oil interests of European and American people and their Nation-Less Corporations.
Those who possess a sense of Family Values would not allow anyone to act carelessly and in a greedy fashion. Having and understanding of Family Values is to be a kind, caring, honorable, neighborly, generous, compassionate, fair, and a peace-loving people.

Short Story Suffer The Little Children Stephen King 7 Published in 1980

Summary An elderly teacher with back problems at Summer Street School, Miss Sidley, uses the reflection on her glasses to watch her class. She calls on Robert to use the word "tomorrow" in a sentence. He says "Tomorrow a bad thing will happen."[3] Miss Sidley is disturbed by the nature of Robert's answer, and in the reflection of her glasses she sees his face change into something described as "different".[4] She turns around to find that Robert looks normal. While checking the paper towels in the girls' lavatory, she hears two girls talking about her. They are suggested to be alien in nature, like Robert.

When confronted by other teachers, she claims to have slipped. The next day, she keeps Robert after class. He tells Miss Sidley that there are eleven of them. He offers to change for her, and claims that he can sometimes feel the original Robert in his mind. When Miss Sidley tells him to go away, Robert ignores her, and changes. His mouth disappears, and his head elongates. His eyes flatten, and his nostrils form together. The process is described as looking like "melting wax."[5] Miss Sidley runs out of the classroom, and into a street, where she is almost hit by a bus. After taking a month long break, where she sees a doctor, she comes back to her class. She now believes that all of them have changed. Robert confirms that there are more, and tells her that no one would believe her if she told them.

Miss Sidley brings a gun into school the next day, which her brother had taken from a dead German after the Battle of the Bulge. She tells them that there is a test, and that it will be taken in the sound-proofed mimeograph room. She kills twelve of her students, including Robert. Another teacher, Margaret Crossen, comes in for composition paper, and begins to scream. Miss Sidley demands that the girl, who she brought in to kill, change for Mrs. Crosse, but the girl only cries.
Miss Sidley is sent to Juniper Hill, a mental institution. In experimental therapy, she is allowed to work with mentally retarded children. Buddy Jenkins, the psychiatrist who is observing her, thinks that she is performing well. She then seems to see something that upsets her, and she asks to be taken away. Miss Sidley commits suicide, by cutting her throat. Buddy Jenkins begins watching the children closely and it is suggested that they have become subject to the forces which possessed Miss Sidley's class.

Analysis Suffer the Little Children is characteristic of most of Stephen King's stories. It takes you into the life of a classroom of seemingly normal kids who are a bit intimidated by their teacher.(Miss Sidley) It then moves you into questioning the your own assumptions. It builds you to a higher and higher suspense level, just when you think you know the ending, or have guessed the ending, you are left with a final question... and your own doubts.

Comment Most of characters are simply described in the beginning. Whereas Emily Sidley- right fully the protagonist of the story is analyzed in detail.
New words, etc Graying, brace, furtively, perusing, frowned, innocuous, flicker, glimpse, stab, cowlick, prominent, sternly, skittish, bulbous, hiccupped, snigger, festering, elongate, fuzzy, hunched, swelling and sewage

Public speaking

Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners.

In public speaking, as in any form of communication, there are five basic elements, often expressed as "who is saying what to whom using what medium with what effects?" The purpose of public speaking can range from simply transmitting information, to motivating people to act, to simply telling a story. Good orators should be able to change the emotions of their listeners, not just inform them. Public speaking can also be considered a discourse community. Interpersonal communication and public speaking have several components that embrace such things as motivational speaking, leadership/personal development, business, customer service, large group communication, and mass communication. Public speaking can be a powerful tool to use for purposes such as motivation, influence, persuasion, informing, translation, or simply entertaining.

5 Elements of Great Public Speakingby Paul Evans.
The difference in a powerful and pitiful presentation is usually a few essential basics. The following seven reminders must be part of every speech.
1. Audience Awareness.
The better you know the people in the seat, the better your presentation will be. Too many speakers are self-centered. They design a message that sounds good to them.
The audience-centered speaker provides what the people need. Information to help them grow. Motivation to aid the desire to apply.
2. Positive Preparation
Do not prepare in fear. Forget worrying about the possibilities of what can go wrong. Instead, think about the positives. Note everything you can’t wait to share. Pinpoint the most powerful aspects of the speech and look forward to releasing them.
3. Confident Content.
Too often we draw our confidence from our delivery style. Listen, that’s overrated. Who cares if an audience is wowed by delivery if no content comes with it?
The less confident you are with your delivery the more critical it is that you are confident with your content. Know exactly the benefit the audience will receive from the information you share.
4. Test Technology.
Check the microphones, laptop, etc. before the event. Inspect it with enough time to repair it if needed.
Last Wednesday I spoke at a meeting and we were not sure if my laptop would be compatible with the projection system. In the end we switched cables and all went well. But if I hadn’t been there forty-five minutes early it might not have went as well.
5. Validate Value
This ties the previous four points together.
Value the audience. Remember that you are talking to people with fears and also with dreams.
Value preparation. Don’t try to wing-it and don’t over prepare thinking it will make you perfect.
Value content. Have a clear message that cannot me missed. Also, make it practical so it can be immediately applied.
Value technology. If PowerPoint strengthens the message use it; if it doesn’t then don’t. Only use technology that will enhance the message.
If you know those four areas the fifth - validate value - will be guaranteed. You will know what you are going to say, who you are saying it to, and why you are sharing it.

Description Analisis the school SDN Kedanyang Gresik

1 day tryout held on 11 January 2010 at 07:00 pm in the school SDN Kedanyang Gresik. This tryout is for grade 6 SDN Kedanyang with time 1 hour 30 minutes, beginning from 07:00 pm until 08:30 pm. Total number of students of class 6 Kedanyang SDN is 25, but the tryout was only attended by 20 students for 5 other students did not attend. Therefore iti authors have only put 25 students on the assessment of this tryout.
Try out all these items were taken from the book let's talk Home package that holds up the students at SDN Kedanyang. The reason is because the writer takes the requests of teachers and lack of syllabus and lesson plan at school. In addition, the facilities and the ability of students is also a consideration in determining the decision. Tryout1 contains 40 items consisting of 4 topics. Each topic consists of 10 items. The four topics are:
1.Hobbies. This topic represented 10 items contained in the item number in the form of multiple choise 1-10.
2.Games. This topic represented 10 items contained in the item number in the form of multiple choise 11-20.
3.Recreation. This topic represented 10 items contained in the item number in the form of multiple choise 21-30.
4.Culture Events. This topic represented 10 items contained in the item number in the form of multiple choise 31-40.

The try out is made in the form of 40 multiple choice items. The author uses these exercises to facilitate the assessment in correcting the results of student work for all items is intended to be objective. Here is the result of the try out 1 was conducted in the SDN Kedanyang:
From the above table it is known that the students are grouped into 3 groups: high, medium and low (look at the raw score's table). In the high group, there are 6 students, in the medium group, there are 8 students and in the low group, there are 6 students. This grouping is based on a formula written on the raw score's table.

Besides that, from all the tabels we can know that In this try out, 22 items were accepted, 3 items were revised and 15 items were discarded. From 22 items which were accepted are :

Topic Hobbies: 6 items (multiple choise number 1,2,4,6,8 and 9)
Topic Games : 3 items (multiple choise number18,19 and 20)
Topic Recreation : 5 items (multiple choise number 21,22,24,28 and 30)
Topic Culture Events : 8 items (multiple choise number 33,34 and 35)

From 3 items which were revised :
Topic Hobbies : 1 items (multiple choise number 3)
Topic Games: 1 items (multiple choise number 14 )
Topic Recreation : 1 items (multiple choise number 26)
Topic Culture Events : none

From 15 items were discarded :
Topic Hobbies : 5 item (multiple choise number 4 ,5,7 ,10)
Topic Games : 4 items (multiple choise number 11, 13, 16,17)
Topic Recreation : 2 items (multiple choise number 23 and 25)
Topic Culture Events : 4 items ( multiple choise number 31,32,36,39)
From 22 items were accepted the writer just take 20 items untuk diujikan dalam tryout 2 karena penulis hanya mentargetkan 20 items.
In the second try out, It become difficult to finish it because the student has done their examination but I can test it with the student. There are 20 items that tested in 20 student of SDN Kedanyang six grade. For the analisis, this found reliable test items that on 0,689 and it is already for the true test.

Indonesian Wedding

Fragrant, colorful, rich with tradition; these are the elements of the Javanese wedding ceremony. On the wedding day, the bride and groom are adorned with jasmine flowers and wrapped in jasmine-scented traditional fabrics accented with ornate brass and gold ornaments. The throne where they reside for most of the wedding day is decorated with flowers as well.
Later, the couple will find their bedroom entrance and honeymoon bed covered with flowers, sweet rice cakes, coconuts and auspicious bundles of plants. These are given as offerings for fertility that their first evening together be blessed with offspring.
Even before the wedding day ceremonies, a most luxurious ritual called lulur is prepared for the bride-to-be. Lulur originated in the royal palaces of Central Java, Indonesia, and is still practiced among Indonesian women and spa goers in Asia. The ritual, which lasts for the 40 days prior to the wedding, is honored as a time for nurturing and privacy when the women of the family can share sacred stories with the young virgin girl. Lulur is given to the bride-to-be to beautify, soften, and sweeten her skin.
The traditional lulur ritual begins with a massage with coconut oil infused with pandanus leaves and cempaka flowers followed by exfoliation with a blend of rice, turmeric, sandalwood, jasmine flowers and a hint of jasmine oil, leaving the skin gently scented. The massage and exfoliation treatments are followed by a flower bath laced with petals of jasmine, rose frangipani, seasonal aromatic blossoms and astringent leaves.
During the bath, the bride sips a traditional tonic beverage called jamu. Made of turmeric, ginger, egg yolk, and healing herbs, jamu tones the blood. In modern times, the lulur is completed with an application of jasmine and frangipani moisturizer. The ritual itself takes about 2 hours. As a spa treatment, this is one of the most pampering experiences available today.
It is important to note that in the past true jasmine absolute was used in the lulur ritual for the royal family. In modern times, however, jasmine perfume is used in this popular and common ceremony. The bride to be of the royal family of the past and the bride in Central Java today might also precede her flower bath with a sandalwood steam, believed to purify the skin and help remove odors from the vagina.
The extensive use of flowering plants, rice and coconuts throughout the lulur ritual and wedding ceremony is symbolic as well as fragrant and beautiful. As symbols, they represent life, fertility, and prosperity respectively. Aromatic plants are a botanical metaphor demonstrating life and well being through their abundant growth and propagation.

Chapter III 3.1 Research Deign

Research desain is experimental, this research is searching relation between two variable or more so that there are variable depended and free variable.
Kind of Research dessign is Quasy- experimental because the research is do in no real experiment, just doing analisis by knowing the student ablity. The study was designed as a quasi-experimental study since it did not include the use of random assignment.
The characteristic of this design are control or operation,
Intention of this operation is to arrange in such a manner so that influence of external variable can be negated at least lessened. We use Election homogeneously searching homogeneous of subjek; age, intelegensi, class, etc, later;then in random and in to according to desire.
The research is using 3 group Solomon design :
Group
Pretest
Free Variable
Post Test
(R)E (eksperimen)
Y1
X
Y2(post test)
(R) K (Kontrol)
Y2
-
Y2 (post test)
(R) K2 (control)
-
X
Y2 (post test)

The hypothesis of testing is :
Ho : µa = µb ( there is no differenecies between the student that is not given treatment then the
student that is given treatment )
Note :
µa = the student that is not given treatment
µb = the student that is given treatment
3.2 Data sources
Population : The 4 Grade elementary student of SDN Kedanyang students were the participants of this study. The participants in the study were selected using purposive sampling. Four elementary classes at a local school in Indnesia participated in the study and were aged between 10 and 11. Most of them were graduates of high schools came where English is a must subject. Sex were not taken into consideration.
Sample : randomized matching

3.3 Data collection
Instrumen :
The pre/post test method was used for the study. Pronunciation questions were developed from the book, the researcher make questionary for the student in pre- and post after treatment.
Procedure data collection :
On the first day of class, an informed consent form was signed by the students agreeing to participate in the study. After students signed the form, the instructors administered the pre-test. One class (control group 1) followed traditional instruction (using a CD player and a pronunciation text-book- Tree or Three?), class (control group 2) followed traditional instruction which integrated the use of accent reduction and text-to-speech software (speech synthesizer The sample consisted of 10 students in the control group, 13 students in the experimental group 1, and the final another class (experimental group) followed traditional instruction which integrated the use of accent reduction software (speech synthesizer) and 12 students in the experimental group 2. The study lasted for 8 weeks and the instructor met the groups three hours each week. With the results obtained from the test, and by means of a one-way ANOVA test, it was possible to establish whether or not there were significant differences between two groups of participants at the 0.05 alpha level
Data Analisis :
The post-test scores obtained by experimental and control groups were analyzed using the SPSS software package using the one-way ANOVA test to establish whether there were significant differences among the three groups of participants at the 0.05 alpha levels.

Speech Synthesizer 5.0 to improve pronounciation of Elementary Student

Today, software programs exist for various English teaching learning. Software developers have created dynamic programs useful in the teaching and learning of English pronunciation. Speech Synthesizer 5.0, from Caltrox Software is a powerful Text-To-Speech program that is extremely useful for learning English pronunciation and Vocabulary building. The Software runs on all Windows Systems and has adjustable speaking speeds as well as a aesthetically designed user interface. The program comes with a realistic embedded Speech Engine in that gives a very high quality speech synthesis.
The features of Speech Synthesizer 5.0 are designed for ease of use and interactivity ; realistic embedded multiplex text-to-speech synthesizer; reads all text, RTF and Word documents ; customizable display area  ;   animated speaking character  ; eighteen different voice outputs ; adjustable speaking speeds ; variable voice tones from low to high pitch  ;  graphical sound output visual display  ; record speech output as Wav format; software designed specifically for kids ; and fully graphical Windows based interface  .
The interface is very straightforward and designed for ease of use and simplicity by Children. An adult (parents, teachers or guardians) can help to setup the program initially. The following Commands together with screen-shots explain briefly about the interface screen.

Through an analysis of archival course communication records and student final exam grades, the researcher developed course-based indices as measures of the frequency of software Speech Synthesizer 5.0. These indices were then used to conduct statistically appropriate tests to analyze the relationships between Speech Synthesizer 5.0, and student achievement.

According to “Prensky, 2005”: Technologies available in classrooms today range from simple tool-based applications (such as word processors) to online repositories of scientific data and primary historical documents, to handheld computers, closed-circuit television channels, and two-way distance learning classrooms. Even the cell phones that many students now carry with them can be used to learn. Students can learn "from" computers—where technology used essentially as tutors and serves to increase students basic skills and knowledge; and can learn "with" computers—where technology is used a tool that can be applied to a variety of goals in the learning process and can serve as a resource to help develop higher order thinking, creativity and research skills. (http://www.ncrel.org)
According to “ Bruce and Levin (1997)” : such as, look at ways in which the tools, techniques, and applications of technology can improve integrated, observed-based learning to "engage children in exploring, thinking, reading, writing, researching, inventing, problem-solving, and experiencing the world." They divided the idea of technology as media with four different focuses: media for inquiry (such as data modeling, spreadsheets, access to online databases, access to online observatories and microscopes, and hypertext), media for communication (such as word processing, e-mail, synchronous conferencing, graphics software, simulations, and tutorials), media for construction (such as robotics, computer-aided design, and control systems), and media for expression (such as interactive video, animation software, and music composition). The Speech synthesizer is group as media for expression is such a great media to improve the pronunciation of child especially in elementary school. (http://www.ncrel.org)
The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of Speech Synthesizer 5.0 software programs on students’ achievements of elementary school. This study is important to the student that have problem in their pronunciation.

A.Statement of the problem
The research project examined the relationship between the independent variable, software Speech Synthesizer 5.0, and the dependent variable, the English achievement the student of SDN Kedanyang.
The question:
How does Speech Synthesizer 5.0 influence the English pronunciation of SDN Kedanyang ?

B.Objective of problem
This use to answer the question, to find what the influences of Speech Synthesizer 5.0 to the student of SDN Kedanyang.

C.Significances of the problem
This study use to know the benefit of Speech Synthesizer 5.0 in elementary school teaching learning. The teacher can teach the student easier and the student will have good Pronunciation and can speak the word or sentence well.

D.Hypothesis
By conducting this research the writer tries to determine the hypothesis of the research which is: There is significancy of the student of SDN Kedanyang that improve their English by Speech Synthesizer.

E.Definition of keyword
Pronunciation refers to the way a word or a language is spoken, or the manner in which someone utters a word. (wikipedia.com)
Rich Text Format is a document file format developed by Microsoft for cross-platform document interchange. (wikipedia.com)
Speech synthesis is the artificial production of human speech. A computer system used for this purpose is called a speech synthesizer, and can be implemented in software or hardware. (www.caltrox.com)
Text to Speech is text-to-speech software to read text in any application, and convert Text to MP3, WAV, OGG or VOX files. (wikipedia.com)

Wrong Direction Causes Education Increasing Unemployment in Indonesia

If we look at. Problem of unemployment in Indonesia is increasingly rising. This is as economic theory. Where the number of workers is not comparable to the number of employment opportunities. This can happen because the education in Indonesia is only oriented to create a human being - a professional man who in fact only to be educated to be a worker, not a businessman.

For that if the government is seriously dealing with the problem of unemployment, it should start with improving the handling of education in Indonesia. without it, then it is almost certain unemployment problem will never be finished.
RESUME

Education in Indonesia is currently experiencing a lot of problems that stem from problems faced by students, teachers, and government. For example, students are not able to achieve the education targets by the government, less welfare of teachers and the quality not so honed, and less good organizer running the government in education in Indonesia is also coupled with the many cases of corruption in the economic, political, and educational course itself. Of course it will affect the rising unemployment rate, poverty, crime, etc..

Education in Indonesia is implementing the Capitalist system is the basic cause of why Indonesia has become a weak country. As we know today are experiencing the destruction of capitalism, the most striking moment seen in the economic field. I think education in Indonesia with such a complex problem will be solved with the application of Islamic Shari'a in all fields. Because this issue has dragged on from the time of independence to the present and a stalemate. So for that there is no other way than menerapakan rules / laws of God.

Allah SWT says:

"God is sent unto them a messenger who came from their own families, this Apostle to read the verses of their Lord, purify them and teach them the doctrine of al-Kitab (Al-Qur` an) and Al-Hikmah (As - Sunnah).
(al-Ahad: 2) "

And so many other verses and hadiths that define the importance of the Shari'a is applied in education. Islamic Law-related education issues, and are attractive direalissasikan by the Prophet in various events, such as when he made the ransom Badr War through the teaching of literacy, he was allowed Zaid bin Thabit ra for learning Hebrew and Syriac, he was allowed Yusuf ibn-Thaqafi Kabdah studied medicine in Persia. In addition, of course, direct the activities of the friends he taught men and women, both in the mosque, at home, in the garden, or in public places other. This then led to a paradigm leap incredible culture, with the emergence of a generation of highly educated but very religious.

The existence of the Shari'a-based education in the form of theories, curriculum books, especially educational institutions based on the Shari'a, is certainly very necessary as a means of preparing cadres who will continue living under the Shari'a. Will be obtained so that the welfare, peace in the world and the Hereafter.

CLOSING
Islamic Shari'a is well contained inside is very high concern with social issues, politics, and education. Islamic imperative Kaffah implement, will be a very solid footing will need the existence of laws in the field of social, political, and education. More than that the history of the people who have carved centuries, both on a local scale, nationally and globally, it also proves that Islamic law was rahmatan lil alamin and therefore he must be and needs to happen to the socio-cultural level and education.
We must realize that who we are weak beings are helpless again. Knows better about ourselves, along with the entire universe is God Almighty. Hopefully we avoid arrogant nature (beyond the limit) and finally I apologize for any shortcomings. Jazakumullah Khoiron Katsira

Film Analysis "IAM Not Stupid"

The film "IAM Not Stupid" is very good and worth watching by all levels of society, especially for teachers and parents. This film has a very large education in touching the hearts of movie lovers play, and can change our mindset and open our hearts to be more able to accept the weaknesses and strengths of every human being without having to provide measures which impose a child to act or do as one likes us.

One of the little characters in this film is a victim Kokpin ambitions of his parents who always insisted, scolding, and even hit him with a cane because he thinks he's a lazy learning. This is because the values of mathematics and bad in English, ironically with the achievements described a very talented even won an international level drawing competition in the U.S., but their parents even as if looking with one eye, they shut their eyes and ears will extraordinary talent he has, they are part of the people said a great success and if they master math and English.

That's why this little boy is always on intimidation not only by his friends from the special class who always think that children are regular class children of charcoal stupid but parents feel the same way, the new parents here will feel respected and honored if the child - their children into special classes and master math and English.

Unlike the case with the Bonn Hock Kokpin friends in regular classes actually have intelligence that is not inferior to the children a special class family economy but just barely make him have to work hard to help their parents, so he did not have time to learn, not only that motvasi and enthusiasm for learning is an absolute thing shared by all students to the learning process going well. Donald Mack menggungkapkan As in the book of teaching and learning process works Oemar Homalik "Motivation Is an Energy Change with in the person characterized by an Effective Anticipatory goal Anousal and Reaction" in which the motivation is the self-energy change (personal) sesoorang which mark the emergence of feelings and reaction to achieve the goal. Here we know how important motivation and enthusiasm that students in need in the learning process. But what if this person has no children while learning. No imaginary achievements will not be the maximum achieved. Disiah dn role of a parent educators are needed where they should be able to nurture the spirit of learning students, and convince them that they can achieve a better performance from a determined and when the replacement kemauan.Terbukti responsible for the class with a teacher not to underestimate yangn and can grow their self-esteem, morale, their motivation. Bonn Hock became the spirit of learning even in conditions that are not possible though, even though friends come eager to see it. So at the end of this film could match Hock Bonn children the value of a special class with the number 9 in mathematics. Prof. Dr. Oemar Hamalik had written in his book. that motivation in a lesson that needs to be raised by the teachers so that students want and want to learn.

Terry, unlike a fat kid who came from very wealthy families, also located in a regular room with two friends kokpin from Bonn Hock. With a very affluent family was supposed he could be more intelligent or at least better than his friends because of all the facilities necessary for the learning process can be easily dapatnya from both parents. But parents who were well off and complete facilities does not guarantee a child could be a spirit of learning and getting good results. This is due to a lack of communication between him and his parents, his father is always busy at work and mothers who ditaktor membutnya afraid to act according to their own hearts and thoughts. From this Hock Kokpin and Bonn had hated and did not want to be friends denganya. Because he was always submissive and obedient to all orders regardless of the pros and cons for themselves and others.

From this we can conclude that we can not impose our will and desire of a child, because of pressure and coercion that we provide will only increase the pain and distress in a person, and not effective to enhance optimal learning results, therefore how wise, if as parents we can monitor the growth and development of a child as well as direct interests and talents, because this is such yng can maximize learning outcomes. In addition, morale and motivation are also important to learn meningkatkn good results. And here the educators and parents mmempunyai important role to grow (motivation). Motivation and encouragement are given a teacher and parent support in the learning process took place can provide a high spirit in self-learners to continue learning and developing the potential of learning that is where the results can be achieved optimil. From both of the above there were more important things to maximize the learning outcomes of communication, in any communication are needed, including in the process of learning, between students with students, between students with teachers, and between both parents and children orng. The ability to communicate between individuals will affect the learning process in question and establish a personality, a personality that is positive and negative, this is where the role of parents and teachers is very important to lead them into a positive person.

Islamic Reform in Indonesia

Thought reform the global Islamic influence is also felt in Indonesia. In the early 20 th century Islamic thought upheaval here was marked by internal conflicts which basically describes the dynamics of Islam that is very interesting to watch. Islamic dynamics are influenced by several conditional factors experienced by Muslims due to the pressure at the end of Dutch colonial rule to the 19th century; in which colonial policies dealing more with the interests of Islam. Therefore patterns of thought and renewal forms are born different from the innovations that occurred in previous times.

At least two conditional factors which can be described here, first, the existence of Islam in Indonesia at this time across the domination of economic, social, political and colonial culture. As a result of this dominance, Islam became marginalized compared with the priayi or aristocracy (Steenbrink, 1986; 24). Furthermore this condition is actually more touching than Islam indigenous issues alone, due to discriminatory treatment and a negative bias on the part of non-natives. Which can be seen on the thoughts that developed in the Islamic States to reject discriminatory treatment (negative bias) of a native to Indonesia to widespread demands for the birth of self-identity as a nation that can determine their own destiny in politics and rejecting capitalism (cf. Korver , 1985; 43). Second, the Islamic intellectual circles there is a conflict about the status of religion in political and social life. This begins with the challenges faced by the Islamic States at the time of setting the basic ideas of their movement with the "Islamic nationalism", as later also seen from the polemic between Sukarno with A. Hasan and Natsir in the 20's (cf.: Noer, 1983; 186-187). This polemic questioning the status of religion in politics and the state.
2
Reformist groups such as A. Hasan and Natsir argue that religion (Islam) has a universal doctrine which includes ukhrawi worldly life and, therefore Islam has concepts of social and political life is clear. But this view was challenged by nationalist groups (represented by Sukarno's view) that tends to narrow the meaning of diversity as merely a private affair with God and must be separated from politics and state affairs. Polemic about it for later appeared in various socio-political setting in Indonesia even until now. In the early 20 th century, some essential changes have occurred to the orientation of Islamic reform, which is an attempt to return to the Qur'aan and Sunnah, and reject the religious traditions that are inconsistent with the original source. Meanwhile, other changes visible from the national consciousness that emerged from Islamic leaders in order to deal with colonialism. This awareness is manifested by persistent efforts of Muslims to raise the dignity of this nation by strengthening the economic and social organization pambaharuan Islamic education system (Steenbrink, 1986; 26-28).
The birth of Islamic States (1911) shows a clear orientation to improve the economic position of Muslims. Muhammadiyah (1912) appeared also with the main orientation of the renewal of Islam in maintaining the purity of Islam and foster the spirit of building a nation with modern principles which - if necessary - refer to Western patterns. This trend is shown by the Muhammadiyah's educational system by referring to 'secular'. Although initially very challenged by the traditionalist as dhatul Well-Ulema, but the current rate of development becomes difficult to blocked and then gave birth to the modern intellectual. Meanwhile, a traditionalist group with organizational systems and traditional education systems still survive with a traditional concept, so that the resulting intellectual also exist in the dynamics of the national struggle. This is despite the birth of modernist dichotomy between the classes and groups in the Islamic traditionalists, but the combination of these two camps, at least in the first half of the 20th century, has been jointly create national solutions.

Education System Change is a solution

It's common knowledge if education is very expensive now. Thus emerged a poor joke that the school is prohibited. Concern, but that's the truth. Kindergarten only reach hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars, not to mention the reply in elementary, junior high, high school, the University of favorites. If counted, a person who entered kindergarten to the university will spend favorite 100 million more.
Schools are to be expensive, that's the stigma that is embedded in the minds of some people from ordinary people and even some Education Ministry officials. That is false speech, those who speak digress once had certainly never seen the outside conditions. Malaysia, Germany, even though Cuba can make education very cheap and can be accessed by most layer of society.
Materialistic education today, which aims to make bisnislah costs to swell. Education submitted some of its control to the private sector because the government is less capable. It is better regulate the private part of education so that communities can play a role in educational institutions instant style pendidikan.Namun the importance of private businesses increasingly big problem for the world of education. Sometimes read in the advertisements, educational institutions that offer fast pass absent, did not count, can certificates, etc.. It seems important to education can only work for a diploma course. And education is intended to build morale and the level of individual knowledge.

Since independence until now Indonesia has not much achievement in human resources, Indonesia is able to survive because of high natural wealth. If Indonesia has a strong government that not only sell state assets and corruption vying Indonesia will become a very advanced state. Education is influenced by the secular state as the most influential Americans in Indonesia to create citizens who are weak and oppressed in mind. Materialistic is the culprit not only economic but also education ..
Basically is a branch of materialistic secularism that separates religion from life that has created poverty, ignorance, oppression, moral degradation, injustice, etc.. This is proven by the dichotomy of education, namely the religious education and general education. Dichotomous education system like this has failed to prove the human birth of Islam Salih to personality and able to answer the challenges of development through the mastery of science and technology.
This obviously will not be able to realize their students are consistent with the objectives of national education itself, create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual strength of religious, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed him, society, nation and state. Mess, of course curriculum begins with the secular principle, which then affect the formulation of curriculum structure which does not provide proper space for process control and the establishment of Islamic tsaqâfah Islamic personality.
Secular education is indeed clever people can bring a master of science-technology through public education that followed. However, such education has failed to form personality and mastery learners tsaqâfah Islam. How many general education graduates who still 'blind faith' and fragile personality? Conversely, those who studied in religious educational environment is controlled tsaqâfah Islam and the relatively good side of her personality tergarap. However, on the other hand, he was blind to the development of science and technology.
To solve the problem of education in Indonesia we have to deal with changing the root of the problem of the education system. Secular education system proved ineffective and facing destruction. Continue to be replaced with what the existing education system today? Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world. What harm can we change the secular education system that is only looking for just this material with a proven Islamic sharia beautiful and has created a lot of progress in science. And not only that the system of Islamic education will create glorious berahklaq HR. The future of our nation now depends on our business, change is something that is difficult, but what's wrong with a change if the change is a good impact for us and also the future of our grandchildren.

The negative influence of TV

Television is piece of electrical equipment with a screen on which you can watch picture or sound
The TV is the largest source of news and information for us, it is the main way that we come to learn things, sometimes, the information we receive isn’t always a good thing though. We can misinterpret something we see and it can in turn produce highly negative effect. For most families television is a part of our life, it is important to evaluate the television experience carefully, especially in terms of the effect it has on young children
Television: it entertains, it is educational, it opens the world to learning about new cultures that children, in their normal lives, may not have a chance to be exposed to. While there are many positive things about TV, there also many negative influences as well –issues that we as parent, brother or sister do not want to be exposed to at such a tender age
Too much television not only reduces the time spent on concrete learning activities, it can reduce their capacity to learn…………..
Young children are naturally curious busy and active, which allows them opportunities to learn about the world around them. Movement is the key to their development, as it allows them to develop their muscles and through endless repetitions, they learn skills. At the same time .the child is learning about their social environment by interaction with other people and seeing the reactions to their behavior from the people around them
Television is a passive experience, TV doesn’t allow the child to respond and interact either to improve their communication skills …………….
TV can be a media which encourage “lazy learning” (passively sitting in front of television when there is nothing else to do). Watching many hours of TV decreases the amount of physical activity a child takes part in. children less time outdoors playing and interacting socially, children not only need information about the world they need movement, they need interact with other people around them.
Television violence……………………..
Television violence is one of issues which is appear from the negative influence of TV. Because children younger than 8 cannot tell the differences between fantasy and reality. Viewing violence can lead to aggressive behavior. seeing their heroes on TV use violence to solve a problem teaches children to use the same violent skills to solve their problems. The big difference is, children fail to learn about real world consequences when their only experience comes from TV.
Risk taking behavior is also common and growing among children who spend long hours watching the television ……..
Many programs viewing the use of alcohol, either during the shows or during commercial time. it is lead children if they drink, they too can have as much as fun as the characters.
There also concern for the teenage audience that watches music videos, these videos often depict a combination of sexual against women and careless use of drugs, sympathy towards victim may be damage when the videos are watched, and studies show that teenagers view programming with sexual content, they are more likely to engage it
Television fantasy…………….
Many of people on the shows look exactly the same way, with perfect life, perfect clothes, and perfect body. This is mostly presents in many of the shows in the television. A few of the shows include: pigeon contest, Laguna beach, Indonesian model. In the shows everyone has the “perfect” body-thin, muscular, and pretty ,if the teenager see it they want to ”fit in” they see these shows and feel need to imitate the characters and their life style. This sometimes means to trying to “fix” their body so they can look exactly the same. it can make children and teenager depression –anger¬-anxiety because the reality is so far from “perfect”
All of which can lead to eating disorder and kind of violence
 Anorexia nervosa –generally starts between 12-18 years of age, and its characterized by restrictive food intake, weight loss and excessive exercise
 Bulimia nervosa (binge/purge syndrome)typically develops between 16-20 years of age
 Both disorder are common in society and can result in death if not treated
 It can make teenager do at any price to get what they want such as steal money from their parent, friend to support their perfect life

An educational- television
TV has the potential to be informative and educative to young children. They get information about science, news, history, documentary ,language etc just through television. But the question is…………how many programs viewing information about that? Just a few program viewing educational programs maybe just one program in every station TV ,it is to small than others program which give an educational things like infotainment, drama which is not appropriate if watched by children, or advertisement which mix advertise with sex and violence the frequency of infotainment, drama, advertisement is too much than educational program. “infotainment program” the infotainment teach children to be person who care too much about private life of someone that is not necessary to know by children and frequency that programs is too much from morning until morning infotainment is never die to “brainwash” our children

Addict of TV
Television can be addict like drugs and alcohol if they watch drama like Cassandra or marimba they seems like apart of them so if missed one episode we fell lost of it and it possible to make anger or anxiety if missed that program it also can disturb their activities they hurry to do their activities just for watching that program which is really not necessary to watch that program

So what should we do as parent/brother or sister/government????????????????

Parents must be more selective to monitor which programs is good for children or bad for children.
Parent must accompany children watching tv because many things that children do not know about the meaning exactly and as parent we have to help them to understand the difference with fantasy and reality based on tv
Starts to make them understand by making dialogue or discuss family about morality takes place based on tv have shown ,this is important because only when parents are watching with their children can conversation takes place. studies have shown which is good example and bad example from that tv
Give them more time to interact with their social environtmet by going outside and interactive toys, it is better, than spend much time sitting in front of TV
Parents have to spend more time to playing and interact with their children
Government has to arrange the time which is appropriate for children or for adult
Government has to censor which program is quite polite for children or not
